Ordering
- You may order safely & securely directly through this website.  Our website has full 3G security.  However, if you prefer, I can take orders by phone.  See the
Contact Me page for specific information.

Shipping -
Please allow 1-2 days processing time.  Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays for which the US Post Office is closed. 

I highly recommend purchasing insurance.  If you do not purchase insurance, we do not guarantee responsibility for your order once it has been mailed. (Note: International buyers who would like to purchase insure MUST choose International Priority as the shipping method.  If insurance is purchased but Priority Mail is not chosen, then the package will be mailed the cheapest method but not insured.) 

All of our shipments are sent with re-used materials whenever possible.  Bubble wrap, packing paper, packing peanuts, and boxes are all re-used and, hopefully, reusable. 

Emails are automatically sent when your order is shipped, but these emails often go to spam boxes.  If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email, check your spam box or let me know and I'll send it again.

Free Shipping - Applies to orders shipping to US addresses only.  Shipping is free for orders over $50.  The "Free Shipping" option must be chosen.  Allen's Naturally products do not count toward free shipping since they are shipped separately (and shipping is already included in the price of these products).  We use the cheapest shipping method: FedEx, Priority Mail, or First Class Mail.  If any part of an order is returned that was shipped with free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund or store credit.

Payments
- I accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Diner's Club.  Money orders are also accepted via mail.  Money orders must be received within 10 days; your order will be shipped as soon as the money order is received.  However you choose to pay, I will email you when your order is shipped.

Return Policy
- I make every effort to make your shopping experience pleasant.  But I do have little hands helping me, so if I make a mistake, kindly let me know within 30 days and I will do everything I can to make it right. 

If your items are damaged or defective, notify me within 10 days and I will replace the item or issue a refund.  In some circumstances, I may refer you to the manufacturer instead.  Return shipping for defective merchandise will be reimbursed for the lowest shipping rate only.  (So no fair sending one diaper via Priority Mail!  If it can be mailed First Class, then that is the price I will reimburse.)  International shipping is not eligible for reimbursement.

I cannot take back for return any item that is liquid or paste, such as diaper creams or sprays.  These items are considered "tamperable" and by law cannot be returned.

I accept returns:

  • of perfect condition, unworn & unwashed items within 30 days.  Items must be received within the 30 days to be eligible for refund.
  • After 30 days, store credit will be issued.
  • Please email me in advance to let me know it's coming.  Include a note with your name, address, and email.  I will issue a refund as soon as the items arrive and I determine that they are in perfect, re-sellable condition. 
  • Items that are not in perfect, re-sellable condition, that have been washed or worn, or that are dirty will not be credited.  They will be returned to you if you desire at your cost. 
  • Items that come with hangtags, packaging, etc must include these when they are returned.  
  • Shipping costs either to you or back to me are not refundable. 
  • Please double-check sizes before you order.


    International Purchases
    - Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Any fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs assessed by the governments of international purchasers are the responsibility of the purchaser. Customers outside of the United States may be required to pay these fees to the courier, as applicable, upon delivery. Since there are hundreds of countries and variable rate schedules, we are unable to provide customers with costs. The International Trade Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce has a website that provide Tariff and Tax Information, that can help you in determining your costs.

    Various countries have prohibitions and restrictions that may prevent us from being able to ship to your country. It is recommended that you verify that the merchandise that you are ordering can be shipped you your country. The United States Postal Office maintains a list of Restrictions by Country that you can reference.

    It is a violation of international trade laws for a merchant to mark a purchased item as a gift in order to avoid taxes, fees, or tariffs therefore we will NOT accommodate such requests. Nor can we send an invoice showing a purchase price less than the actual order amount.
